In every moment we get to choose. We get to choose whether to move forward or stand still; whether to speak out in anger or reach out in peace; whether to hold tight to misery or to let our pain go; whether to give our love or express our hatred. These are not choices made for us, but choices we consciously or unconsciously make minute by minute, day by day. And it is by choices such as these that we form our lives.
